Artificialintelligence(AI) applications, with the adoption of various sectors, have the potential to regularly change the decision-making processes in job creation, automation and organizations.This situation causes concerns that may lead to significant changes in employment dynamics.This impact of AI on employment presents new opportunities in terms of business management and organizational management, as well as some challenges. AItechnologiesare creating a business revolution in management and leading to changes that are disrupted with many consequences.This summary examines the effects of AI on business management.This ability, AI’s decision support systems, service services, customer relations, financial management and human resources areas such as how to develop a value will be investigated.Inaddition, the challenges and ethical responsibilities that AI brings along with business problems will be emphasized.
