Abstract

Artificial intelligence, along with the rapid development of technologies such as big data, cloud computing, and the Internet of Things, has become a crucial part of the digital economy. These developments are enabling organizations to transform into interconnected and interactive structures. This interdependence necessitates simultaneous changes across all departments, especially among employees within businesses. This process acts as a catalyst for transformation in modern organizations. Talent is one of the most valuable assets for sustainable organizational success. Therefore, researching innovative methods in talent management for employees is of great importance. The age of artificial intelligence offers businesses significant opportunities for employee development and renewal. Thanks to its data collection, analysis, and processing capabilities, artificial intelligence overcomes the limitations of traditional management approaches and enables the development of more efficient approaches in talent management. Today, with the development of artificial intelligence, various innovations have emerged in the field of talent management. It is particularly important for employees in businesses to have an open mind to these innovations. To make talent management more efficient, it is necessary to be open to AI-supported applications. The main objective of this research is to examine the effects of AI-assisted talent management on employee perception through interviews. The findings indicate that the implementation of AI-assisted talent management in businesses has positive results on employee perception.
