The purpose of this study is to examine how perceived organizational support (POS) among pilots and flight attendants working in Turkish airline companies has changed during and after the COVID-19 pandemic, specifically in relation to their demographic variables. A survey was conducted with a sample group of 426 airline pilots and flight attendants. To measure the level of POS as perceived by Turkish airline pilots and flight attendants, the study utilized the 16-item unidimensional perceived organizational support scale, a shorter version of the 36-item scale developed by Eisenberger et al. (1986). The relationship between employees' demographic variables and their perceived organizational support levels was analyzed using Independent T-tests and ANOVA tests. The results of the study indicate that the level of POS perceived by pilots and flight attendants working in Turkish airline companies has varied according to demographic variables and has increased in the post-COVID-19 period due to the challenging conditions encountered during the pandemic.
