The aim of the study was to determine the perceived stress levels of teachers. Survey model, one of the quantitative research methods, was used in the research. The universe of the research consists of teachers who actively work at various educational levels. The sample of the study consists of 257 teachers who were determined by the "Easy Accessible Sampling" method among the teachers in the universe. “Perceived Stress Scale” was used as a data collection tool in the study. Since the data collected in the study met the normal distribution condition, they were analyzed using parametric tests such as Independent Samples t-Test and ANOVA, together with descriptive statistical methods. In the study, it was determined that teachers' stress perception levels were moderate. In addition, it was determined in the study that the perceived stress of teachers did not show a statistically significant difference according to gender, marital status, age, professional seniority, and working time at school. In addition to these results, it was determined that the perceived stress of the teachers showed a statistically significant difference according to the education level. In line with the results obtained in the research, in order to increase the quality of educational environments, it is necessary to determine the stress sources of teachers and to minimize these sources as much as possible. In this context, it is necessary for the education stakeholders, starting with the school administration and parents, to cooperate and work in a broad perspective to reduce the stress sources of teachers.
