In the research, it is aimed to determine the relationship between school principals' communication skills and school culture according to teachers' views. In line with the stated purpose of the research, "relational screening model" was chosen as one of the quantitative research methods. The sample of the research is to create a total of 397 teachers determined by the "Easy Sampling" method among the teachers working at various educational levels in public schools. Two data collection tools were used to collect data in the study. The first one is the "Communication Skills Scale" to learn the communication skills of school principals according to the opinions of the teachers, and the second is the "School Culture Scale" to learn the opinions of the teachers about the school culture. The data of the research were collected through online platforms. In the study, it was determined that there was a significant difference between teachers' perceptions of school principals' communication skills and school culture according to gender and educational status variables. In addition, in the study, it was determined that there was a high level of positive correlation between teachers' communication skills and their perceptions of school culture. According to this result, it can be said that as the communication skills of the school principals increase, the perception levels of the teachers about the school culture increase.
