Artificial intelligence (AI) learning systems offer potential for enhancing learners' readiness for future work demands. Utilizing AI in education can effectively foster 21st-century skills through personalized, engaging, and inclusive learning environments. This paper examines 21st-century skills, critiques current education flaws, and explores AI in education's role in skill development. It highlights existing AI learning tools, emphasizing their advantages while acknowledging limitations in the learning systems.
