Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the usage areas of artificial intelligence and its effects on learning processes in the context of innovation in education. It also aims to make predictions about how artificial intelligence will shape the future education system. For this purpose, the importance of artificial intelligence in education and its contribution to innovation are discussed in the study. The effects of artificial intelligence applications on education processes and the role they will play in the future education system are emphasized. As a matter of fact, in today’s age, technology is used intensively and as a result of this situation, the use of artificial intelligence has come to the fore every day. The emergence of artificial intelligence has increased interest and the field of education has also been affected by this situation. In particular, there have been artificial intelligence applications being used in education and training as individualized or adaptive intelligent learning systems. Artificial intelligence applications in education include individualized learning, automatic assessment, digital educational environments, etc. It has also brought important opportunities in these fields. For a sustainable education, innovation together with artificial intelligence is important in terms of improving the skills of future generations and shaping education. Innovations such as learning analytics, virtual classrooms and teachers, and automatic evaluation of artificial intelligence applications transform the current traditional understanding in education and prepare the infrastructure for future education. As a result, it has been determined that artificial intelligence enables the transformation and transformation in education to increase and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of education and to enrich learning methods. Innovative approaches transform teaching and learning processes, paving the way for a more effective, inclusive and personalized education approach in the future. It is thought that this study will contribute to the studies in the literature regarding the subject and support it by filling the existing gap. It is essential for the future of education that the importance of artificial intelligence applications in the innovation perspective increases day by day and therefore is of critical importance.
