Businesses, especially logistics businesses, are negatively affected by the crises like the whole society. Because it is included in the whole process as the blood vessels of logistics business activities. The COVID-19 pandemic continues to be the process in which these negative effects are experienced live as a current and major crisis. The aim of this study, based in Turkey to identify large-scale logistics enterprises affected by the crisis situation, the response strategy to the crisis, to understand proactively treat their ability to, interpret, thereby determining the flexibility in crisis situations with qualitative methods. As a method, qualitative techniques such as categorization, listing and interpretation were used. The scope of the study contained in the web pages of large-scale logistics company based in Turkey are COVID-19 share. Businesses are likely to encounter a crisis frequently. These crises seem to be a difficult problem to successfully overcome. With the study, prevalence effects are expected to enable them to realize that there are always risks of encountering a different crisis and that it is a situation that can be encountered continuously as a problem, to ensure that they take examples from successful crisis management techniques, and to make use of academicians working in the relevant field.
