EXTRAORDINARY WAYS TO ENHANCE MENTAL RESILIENCE

Zihinsel dayanıklılık, bireylerin kriz, stres ve belirsizlik durumlarına uyum sağlama, bu süreçlerden güçlenerek çıkma ve duygusal dengeyi koruma kapasitesini ifade eder. Bu beceri, yalnızca bireylerin psikolojik refahını desteklemekle kalmaz, aynı zamanda toplumsal ve organizasyonel başarı için de kritik bir rol oynar. Günümüz dünyasında, bireyler ve kurumlar pandemi, ekonomik dalgalanmalar, dijital dönüşüm ve hızlı değişen iş dinamikleri gibi küresel zorluklarla karşı karşıya kalmaktadır. Bu tür belirsizlikler, dayanıklılığın yalnızca içsel bir özellik değil, aynı zamanda geliştirilebilir bir beceri olduğunu göstermektedir. Bu çalışma, zihinsel dayanıklılığı artırmada yenilikçi ve bilimsel olarak desteklenmiş yöntemleri incelemektedir. Sanat terapisi, bireylerin duygusal ifadelerini güçlendirerek stres yönetimine katkıda bulunurken; fiziksel dayanıklılığı artıran aktiviteler, zihinsel dayanıklılığın güçlenmesine yardımcı olmaktadır. Hikâye anlatıcılığı, bireylerin zorlayıcı deneyimlerini anlamlandırmasını sağlarken, deneme-yanılma yöntemi ise öğrenme ve gelişimi teşvik eden bir strateji olarak öne çıkmaktadır. Ayrıca, bankacılık gibi stres seviyesi yüksek sektörlerde zihinsel dayanıklılığı destekleyen stratejiler analiz edilmiştir. Bulgular, bu yöntemlerin bireylerin stresle başa çıkma becerilerini güçlendirdiğini ve organizasyonların sürdürülebilir başarısına katkıda bulunduğunu göstermektedir. Zihinsel dayanıklılık, bireysel gelişimi ve toplumsal uyumu destekleyen temel bir beceri olarak giderek daha fazla önem kazanmaktadır.
