In the research, it was aimed to determine the views of teachers on the effects of union membership on school climate in school administrators. The study group of the research consists of 12 teachers working in various schools in the 2020-2021 academic year. The criterion sampling method, one of the purposive sampling methods, was used in the research. In the study, a semi-structured interview form was prepared to determine the views of teachers on the effects of union membership on school climate in school administrators. In the Semi-Structured Interview Form, there are questions to determine the views of teachers on the effects of union membership on school climate in school administrators. The data obtained in the research were reported by the researcher with the content analysis method. In the study, it was determined that school principals showed objective, fair and equal behavior towards teachers regardless of their union membership. It has been determined that being in the same union did not change this situation. In addition, it was determined in the research that being in the same union with the school principal does not create a privilege in accessing the opportunities and facilities of the school. In addition, it was determined in the study that the union membership of school principals did not cause a change in supportive, directing and limiting behaviors, which is a dimension of school climate.
