The aim of the research is to examine postgraduate theses prepared on teacher leadership in Turkey according to various criteria. Accordingly, the studies that dealt with teacher leadership in the research were examined by taking into account the criteria of their distribution according to the years they were published, the methods they used, the universities they were prepared for, the education levels where the research was conducted, the subjects and content of the research. Qualitative research method is a research approach in which qualitative data collection methods such as observation, interview and document analysis are used, and perceptions and events are revealed realistically and holistically in their natural environment. In the study, the data collection process was carried out through document analysis. The universe of this study consists of postgraduate studies on teacher leadership at the YÖK National Thesis Center. In the research, sampling was used in order to reach sufficient sampling and up-to-date sources. For this reason, the sample of the research consists of 50 postgraduate studies conducted in Turkey until December 31, 2023 and which have access permission. Studies that did not have access permission and were not in Turkish were not included in the research. In this study, a review form was prepared by taking expert opinion in order to collect data. The prepared review form includes items regarding determining the authors of the studies, their numbers, years of publication, type of publication, subject areas and research methods. By means of this review form, data was collected by accessing 50 postgraduate studies published in Turkish with access permission at the YÖK National Thesis Center. In the research, the data in the review form prepared by taking expert opinion was reported through analytical analysis. The master's and doctoral theses that constitute the research sample were analyzed by separating them according to the years they were written, the methods used, the universities where they were conducted, and their themes.
