In this research, it was investigated how the level of conflict experienced by preschool teachers working in independent kindergartens in Ankara (and its districts) and how the level of conflict affects organizational commitment. The universe of the research consists of preschool teachers working in independent kindergartens in Ankara province and its districts. The sample consists of 145 preschool teachers with the simple random sampling method. The data collection tool of the research consists of three parts. The first part includes demographic information. In the second part, the conflict scale and in the third part, the organizational commitment scale was applied. Relational screening model was preferred in this study. SPSS program was used in the analysis of the data. According to the results of the research, it has been determined that there is a low-level positive relationship between the level of conflict experienced by the teachers and the identification and internalization sub-dimensions of organizational commitment. And a low-level negative relationship between the adaptation sub-dimension. It was concluded that the conflict level of teachers working in independent kindergarten was a significant predictor of the sub-dimensions of organizational commitment, adaptation, identification and internalization behaviors.
