A strategic leader is someone who contributes to the preservation of the stability of the organization by applying appropriate strategies, adhering to the purpose and vision, can make the change with minimum damage, changes the management style in accordance with the strategic decisions made by the senior management, and affects the organizational culture in a way that contributes to the performance. The extent to which the strategic leader is implemented by educational institution managers in educational organizations in the context of organizations and research has been the subject of the research. In the study, it was aimed to determine the strategic leadership behaviors of school principals in line with the opinions of teachers working in various educational institutions. In order to achieve the stated purpose of the research, the scanning model was chosen as the method. The sample of the study consists of 254 volunteer teachers determined by the "Easy Accessible Sampling" method in Malatya, Adıyaman and Sivas provinces. The data of the research were collected outside the educational hours in order not to disrupt the educational activities through online platforms with the help of the "Strategic Leadership Scale". In the study, it was determined that teachers expressed their opinions that school principals exhibit behaviors related to strategic leadership at the "Sometimes" level. In addition, in the research, it was determined that there was a significant difference between the views of the teachers participating in the research on the strategic leadership behaviors exhibited by the school principals in terms of the variables of gender, educational status and the number of students in the school where they worked, while there was no significant difference according to the variable of professional seniority.
