Abstract

The aim of the research is to reveal what are the administrative problems that school administrators encounter in school administration. The survey model was used in the research from quantitative studies. The research is done by school administrators in Malatya. The sample of the research is 115 school administrators, who are determined by the "easy school management" method among the school administrators. It is designed for data applications in line with the research. The scale consists of features, parents, staff, education and training services, and general service and material services. It was analyzed by scaled.parametric tests with specified. In the research, reference information about reference information in Turkey, detailed information and general information about reference information in Turkey, list of reference points in Turkey. In addition, the problems of school administrators in terms of education are in the dimensions of "Problems Caused by Parents", and the problems taken from their duties " It can be reached from the different one in the dimensions of "problems arising from personal".
