This study was carried out in order to analyse the relationship between parents' application levels of child rights behaviours and parental attitudes and to reveal the factors that may be effective. The study group consisted of 484 parents whose children attend secondary school in Karacabey district of Bursa. General Information Form” prepared by the researchers, "Parents Child Rights Behaviour Scale" developed by Kesayak (2018) and "Parental Attitude Scale" developed by Özyürek (2018) were used as data collection tools in the study. The relations between the sub-dimensions of both scales were calculated with the help of Pearson Product Moments Correlation coefficient. When comparing the sub-dimensions, two-category demographic variables providing parametricity were analysed by independent sample t-test, and those that do not provide parametricity were analysed by MannWhitney U test. Also demographic variables with more than two categories providing parametricity were analysed by one-factor ANOVA test, and those that do not provide parametricity were analysed by Kruskal-Wallis H test. “As a result of the study, it was observed that there was a significant difference for gender and education of mother in the sub-dimensions of the Parents’ Child Rights Behaviour Scale and the Parental Attitude Scale. In addition, it was revealed that there was a relationship between living, development and participation sub-dimensions of Parents’ Child Rights Behaviour Scale and democratic attitude sub-dimension of Parental Attitude Scale.
