TURİZM PAZARLAMASINDA DİJİTAL DÖNÜŞÜMLER
DIGITAL TRANSFORMATIONS IN TOURISM MARKETING

Dijital dönüşüm ve endüstri 4.0 kavramı son zamanlarda turizm endüstrisinde büyük değişimlere sebep olmuş ve turizm firmaları açısından rekabetin, gelişmenin ve sürdürülebilirliğin zorunlu stratejisi haline gelmiştir. Dijital dönüşümler ve teknolojik yenilikler, insanların hayatlarını, mesleklerini, yaşam alışkanlıklarını, sosyal davranışlarını ve satınalma karalarını etkilemekte ve turizm firmalarının uluslararası pazarda yer almaları için yeni imkanlar sunmaktadır. Bu makalenin amacı, turizmde dijital dönüşüm, turizm 4.0, yapay zeka, sanal gerçeklik, artırılmış gerçeklik, büyük veri, nesnelerin interneti, blok zinciri, mobil teknolojiler, bulut bilişim, robotik gibi dijital teknolojilerin turizm sektöründeki yansımalarını araştırmaktır. Bu makalenin kavramsal çerçevesi için literatür incelemesi yöntemi kullanılmış, dijital dönüşümü uygulayan ulusal ve uluslarası turizm firmalarına ait bilgileri için veritabanları detaylı bir şekilde taranmıştır. Bu makalenin bulguları arasında, turizmde dijital dönüşümün firmalara sağladığı fırsatlar ve dijitalleşmenin mevcut turizm deneyimlerine sunduğu katkılar yer almaktadır. Bu makale ile dijital dönüşümün, turizm ürünlerine değer kattığı, işletmeleri için uluslararası pazarda rekabet avantajı sağladığı, müşteri memnuniyeti, ürün geliştirme ve büyüme konularında turizm işletmelerine önemli destekler sunduğu sonuçlarına ulaşılmıştır. Ayrıca makale sonucunda turizm işletmelerinin büyüme stratejilerine teknolojik yenilikleri ve inovasyonları da dahil etmeleri gerektiği tavsiye edilmiştir.
