Özet

Bu çalışma, e-ticarette ürün iadelerinin sürdürülebilirlik üzerindeki etkilerini ve tüketicilerin bu konudaki farkındalığını incelemektedir. E-ticaretin hızlı büyümesiyle artan iade oranları, çevresel, ekonomik ve sosyal açıdan önemli sorunlar yaratmaktadır. Araştırma, ürün iadelerinin karbon emisyonlarını artırdığını, atık üretimini tetiklediğini ve firmaların maliyetlerini yükselttiğini ortaya koymaktadır.  Çalışma, tüketicilerin genellikle iade süreçlerinin çevresel ve ekonomik etkilerinin farkında olmadığını vurgulamaktadır. Sürdürülebilirlik bilinci yüksek tüketicilerin bile bu konuda yeterli bilgiye sahip olmadığı belirtilmektedir. Araştırma, tüketicilerin iade süreçleri hakkında bilinçlendirilmesinin, sürdürülebilir tüketim davranışlarını teşvik edebileceğini öne sürmektedir. Makale ayrıca, iade oranlarını azaltmak için firmaların uygulayabileceği stratejileri tartışmaktadır. Tersine lojistik süreçlerinin optimizasyonu, sürdürülebilir ambalajlama ve tüketici eğitimi gibi çözümler önerilmektedir. Ortak değer yaratma yaklaşımının, iade yönetiminde etkili olabileceği vurgulanmaktadır. Sonuç olarak, çalışma e-ticarette sürdürülebilirliğin sağlanması için tüketici farkındalığının artırılması, firma stratejilerinin geliştirilmesi ve politika düzenlemelerinin yapılması gerektiğini ortaya koymaktadır.
