Özet

Bu çalışmada çalışanların olumlu ve olumsuz duygu eğiliminin görev performansına etkisinin araştırılması amaçlanmaktadır. Çalışmada nicel araştırma yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu Bilecik ilinde faaliyet gösteren beyaz yakalı 186 özel sektör çalışanı oluşturmaktadır. Elde edilen bulgulara göre olumlu duygu eğiliminin görev performansını pozitif yönde etkilediği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Olumsuz duygu eğiliminin ise görev performansı üzerinde etkisinin olmadığı tespit edilmiştir.
